
Complaint Guide via Telegram on the Propana Application
1. Buka Menu “Hubungi Kami” kemudian pada bagian “Kontak Utama” pilih “WhatsApp & Telegram“

2. After successfully opening the complaint service website, please select the button “Telegram“ that you want to use.

3. Then you will be directed to the Telegram application and open the message to @Propana_CustomerCare then click Menu /start

4. Please provide detailed information regarding the problem that occurred and attach supporting files to speed up the checking of the problem by our team.
