Guide to Making Balance Top Ups (Bank Transfers)

IMPORTANT ⚠️

  1. We do not recommend making transfers via third-party applications (Flip, Link Aja, Go-Pay, DANA, ShopeePay, etc.). Deposit via e-wallet please go through the “Modern Topup” menu via Dynamic QRIS.
  2. We do not recommend transfers via tellers. Please use ATM transfer, M-Banking, and BRILink Mobile.
  3. Transfers via Brilink EDC machines have been stopped as of March 13, 2023 until an unspecified time.
  4. We do not accept deposits below 100 thousand. If you still make a transfer, then cannot process complaints/VOID.

Here's how to top up your balance/deposit in the propana application via the Bank Transfer Menu (Bank BCA, BRI, Mandiri, and BNI). Read the following article so that your balance can enter quickly and smoothly.

1. Open the “Agent Menu” in the propane app.

2. In the “Deposit Balance” section, click the “Bank Transfer” menu.

3. Click “Add Balance Ticket”

4. Fill in the nominal amount of the deposit. The minimum deposit ticket request is Rp.100,000.

5. Wait a few moments until the deposit ticket appears.

6. Make a transfer to the BCA, BRI, Mandiri, or BNI bank account number as stated on the ticket. Use the “Copy” feature so that the destination account number is not wrong.

7. Make a transfer along with the unique code listed on the deposit ticket. Use the “Copy” feature so that the nominal and unique code are not wrong.

8. Wait a few moments, usually around 3-10 minutes the balance will be entered automatically. Please check the “History” menu then “Add Balance” to check the balance top-up mutation data.

9. The balance has been successfully entered. Enjoy easy, fast, and safe transactions on the Propana Reload application.
